Marianne Östlund left Mora for a PR career in Stockholm, but the forest of her childhood kept calling. Her answer: an abandoned 1729 farmstead she restored into five connected log houses around a 14-metre dining hall – a true hidden gem of Dalarna. No other house is quite like it. It feels like a real-life Antikrundan, every object handpicked by Marianne, a hundred stories under one roof.
