2. Professional Review & First Price Estimate – Free Once we receive your draft, we personally review and refine it. We ensure the itinerary is realistic, well-paced, and aligns with your travel goals. You’ll receive: An improved version of your itinerary A first estimated budget for your trip This gives you a clear idea of what your Swedish journey may cost — with no commitment.
3. Approve the Budget & Begin Full Planning If you’re happy with the estimated budget and wish to move forward, you can confirm with one click. To begin full itinerary development and coordinated planning, we charge an: Itinerary Confirmation & Curation Fee: €150 Unlocks the full planning phase Covers expert tailoring, logistics, and enhancements Includes up to 3 rounds of itinerary refinements Ensures your trip receives priority handling €100 is credited back to you once you book your trip through us This fee is non-refundable and signals your commitment to moving from ideas into real trip planning.
4. Personalized Itinerary Development With the curation fee in place, we start building your fully customized Swedish itinerary. We: Hand-select accommodations Arrange private guides and authentic experiences Organize all transportation Refine the daily flow and logistics Finalize accurate pricing You’ll receive a beautifully crafted itinerary ready for confirmation. 5. Confirm Your Trip with a 35% Deposit When you decide to book, a 35% deposit secures all arrangements. This allows us to reserve your hotels, guides, transfers, dining, and special experiences. Deposits follow supplier terms and are typically non-refundable once bookings are made.
5. Final Balance – 60 Days Before Departure Your remaining balance is due 60 days before your trip (or 90 days for peak-season or specialty properties). 6. On-Trip Support From the moment you arrive until the day you depart, we’re here to support you. We assist with small adjustments, answer questions, and help ensure everything flows seamlessly.
